  • Custom-made or bespoke items, including personalized products and ceremonies, are non-returnable unless there is a defect or the product was damaged during shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or bespoke products made to order.
  • Digital downloads, such as eBooks, ceremony guides, or online courses.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Opened or used ceremonial tools that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., smudge sticks, incense, etc.).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:
